Correct screen identification matters
HP laptops can use different panels within the same model family. We check the full product number, screen size, resolution, connector, refresh rate and whether the display is touch-enabled before quoting.
Cracked LCD or glass
Impact damage, ink-like patches, shattered glass and coloured lines usually require display replacement.
Black or dim screen
A dark display can also involve the cable, backlight, graphics or motherboard, so diagnosis may be needed before ordering a panel.
Gaming displays
Victus and OMEN laptops may use high-refresh panels. Refresh rate and connector compatibility must be matched.
